You’ll need only 4 ingredients and 5 minutes of prep time to make this frappe. We’ve found peanut butter gives just enough sweetness, but feel free to sweeten with monk fruit, stevia or your sweetener of choice.

Ingredients

| 1 cup | heavy whipping cream |
| 2 tbsp | natural peanut butter |
| 1 tbsp | unsweetened cocoa powder |
| 1-3 tbsp* | Lakanto or Swerve powder sweetener (*optional) |
| 1 tsp | vanilla extract |
| ¼ tsp | sea salt to top |
| 1 tbsp | Optional: Whipped cream or chopped nuts to top (we use our Maple Candied Pecans) |
Directions
| 1 | Mix all ingredients in bowl and beat until stiff peaks form |
| 2 | Place in ziploc bag and freeze 40 minutes (until barely frozen) |
| 3 | Cut one corner of bag and squeeze into serving cups |
