Within a few moments of serving this I had people requesting the recipe! It’s always a crowd pleaser. Note* I add 1/2 C sour cream to make it a little easier to dip after being refrigerated.

This stuff is delicious! I love pickles and this definitely satisfies my hunger! I chopped the onions and pickles into really fine pieces due to people in the family having texture issues, one that doesn’t like big chunks of onion, and they had no problems eating it this way. It’s a hit in this house!
